Lamberty, Russell, Seip Join Board of Directors

New Omaha Home for Boys Board Members (L to R): Patricia Lamberty, Serenna D. Russell and Mark Seip

Omaha Home for Boys is honored to announce the election of three new members to our Board of Directors. Patricia Lamberty, Serenna D. Russell and Mark Seip will serve as Directors on the board leading Omaha Home for Boys.

Pat is a retired State District Court Judge. Admitted to practice by the Nebraska State Bar, the United States District Court District of Nebraska and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Pat has vast legal experience since receiving her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1979. She is married to Louis E. Lamberty and has three children and four grandchildren.

A Compliance Specialist/Accountant, Serenna serves in the Governance & Compliance Division at Bland & Associates. Serenna’s higher education endeavors took her to Duke University where she earned a B.A. in Management Sciences and on to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she earned her Masters of Business Administration. Beyond her professional career, Serenna is also active in the community, volunteering with the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity and acting as the Treasurer for the Daughters of the Nile and Grand Treasurer for the Order of the Eastern Star.

A Senior Site Industrial Safety Advisor at OPPD’s Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station, Mark has extensive experience in safety, training and engineering. He holds numerous certifications, including State of Nebraska Firefighter 1, Third Grade Engineer and OSHA Training. Mark’s interest in safety and training dates back to his college days when he attended Columbia Southern University and earned a Bachelors of Occupational Safety and Hygiene. Mark pairs his skills with his passion while volunteering at the Springfield Volunteer Fire Department where he has been a member for more than 23 years. Having grown up in the foster care system in Pennsylvania, Mark has a unique understanding of and compassion for the clients we serve at Omaha Home for Boys.

Leading the Omaha Home for Boys Board of Directors is the Executive Committee:  Board Chair Kirsten Case, Vice Chair Allen Straub, Treasurer James E. Kelley, Secretary Victor Baez, Director Aileen Warren and Director Randy Behounek.
