Life Skills Teachers are at the heart of our Residential Living Program and work directly with the teenage boys in OHB’s care, guiding daily activities and helping residents thrive.

Maintaining and updating youth records, scheduling and documenting services, and general administrative and clerical duties make this the perfect career opportunity for an organized self-starter!

Skill Builder – Clinical Services

The Skill Builder supports client’s well-being by providing resources, educating families and individuals, and working with youth, while maintaining client records and recording progress made by clients. The Skill Builder spends the majority of their time in the community and client homes.

Stabilization Worker

$1.50 shift differentials for weekends offered in this rewarding career opportunity!

The Stabilization Worker is primarily responsible for the care and supervision of teens participating in the Crisis Stabilization Program at OHB.

Life Skills Teachers are responsible for creating a positive environment where the boys can live, learn and grow and are also expected to act as positive role models and mentors in a supportive, structured home.

Stabilization Therapist

The Stabilization Therapist is responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of treatment for clients in the Crisis Stabilization Program. The position provides direct services onsite and in family homes which includes conducting group, individual and family therapy sessions.
