Board Welcomes New Member

We are excited to announce the election of Ronald Price II to our Board of Directors. Ron currently serves as Director of Asset Management and New Business at NP Dodge Management Company, where he oversees new business opportunities, tax credit compliance, and multiple strategic initiatives across the organization. With more than two decades of experience in property management, Ron brings a wealth of leadership and industry knowledge to OHB.

Ron holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a Certified Property Manager, with additional credentials in real estate and housing asset management. He has served as president of both the Institute of Real Estate Management Nebraska Chapter and the Apartment Association of Nebraska.
