Family Support
OHB’s Family Support Program helps individuals and families strengthen healthy functioning at home and in the community. The program focuses on building skills that support effective goal setting and achievement, empowering individuals and families to create positive, sustainable life changes. Through education, practice, and individualized support, families gain tools that promote stability, safety, and long‑term success.
Rooted in a strength‑based and trauma‑aware approach, our Family Support Program encourages families to actively participate in decision making and relationship building as they work toward healthier outcomes together.
Supporting Families Where They Live and Learn
Our Family Support Program works directly with individuals and their family unit to build practical skills that improve daily interactions and overall family functioning. Services focus on teaching and practicing family driven decision making, effective communication, and coping strategies that can be applied in real‑life situations.
Families receive consistent guidance from highly qualified Skill Builders who ensure services are supportive and aligned with each family’s needs. Emphasis is placed on active parent and guardian participation, positive reinforcement, and structured activities that support healthy routines and expectations.
